The API now returns Imperial or Metric results based on the Units of measure selected under the Company Profile Tab or System Setup.
- Always Print is now checked by default when creating new Super Buttons or New Tabs in Super Buttons.
- The Sales Summary By reports now do not display fields such as Deposits, Gratuities, Taxes etc. If the value is zero.

- An Audit Log has been added to POS Simplicity. This log tracks all security authorization requests, retail price changes, remove tender & gratuities, transfer checks, time clock adjustments and sale voids. More trackable functions will be added as requested by dealers and customers. This report is located on the Misc. Reports tab.
- Key Logging has been added back into the POS. It was removed due to several technical reasons about a year ago but has been reintroduced. Key Logging creates a daily CSV file in the data folder and can be used to show the keystrokes performed in the POS. Please report any areas where the POS is not logging events. To activate the feature, open the POSEDGE.INI file in the POSLOCAL folder and in the OPTIONS section add KeyLogger=1
- The Product Importer now has a column for Product or Modifier. Leave the field blank for products or enter a 1 for modifiers.
POS 2021.041
- Corrected database issue that occurred when Stock Adjustment Utilities were used and quantity over limit vales were entered.

- The Gas Classification under Product Setup now allow for the Volume of fuel to be entered by checking Ask For Quantity.
- A new POS function button has been added; Jump to Table>Check. This function will save and leave the current check and then prompt for another table. If the table exists, the system will open the table. If not, the system will start a new table. If you do not enter a table number when prompted, the system will display a list of all open checks allowing you to select.
- A Maximum Allowable Manual Gratuity has been added under System setup > Hospitality Tab. A Security Setting has also been created to allow Management to override this value if needed.
- The Transaction Viewer now has a default sort order which can be changed under System Setup > POS Screen Tab.
- On Line Orders now have an option to send a confirmation text when an order is received.

POS 2021.01
- Under Sales Types > Advanced Tab, we are now allowing the option to also override and redirect the location for receipt printing. This replaces the old feature under System Setup > Quick Service Tab > Send Receipts to Kitchen Printer 2 for Deliveries. Note: The redirection for Receipt Printing is only on the initial printing of the check. All additional receipt prints will follow the default channel specified under Station Setup. This limitation is by design.
- The Modifier Window has been redesigned in appearance to accommodate the ‘Ask All At Once’ feature coming in 2021.02 and also to allow better correction functionality. For example, your sell a steak > select Medium for temperature > selected Baked for side > realize the temperature should have been Medium Rare > select Medium off the list > click Void and then Select Medium Rare.
- The Modifier Window now dynamically calculates pricing. As you void and add modifiers, the pricing is recalculated for the entire order.
- Added a Sync Price Levels button in product setup to automatically have all price levels set to price level 1.
- Gift Card Processing now allows for Over Tendering if ‘Change Is Tip’ is selected under Payment Method Setup allowing the server the ability to easily add the gratuity to the gift card payment.
- The Supplier Setup area now has the search option to find a particular supplier.
- The Invoicing Module now automatically searches all UPC fields (UPC, Alt UPC, Alt UPC1, PLU#) when searching for a product.

- Purchase Orders now allow you the ability to create and receive orders within the same process. An option has also been added to allocate any order discounts and freight charges across the order to adjust each items landed cost.

- Purchase Orders now have an option to let you add the same item to an order multiple times. This scenario is useful if you are a business that uses the same UPC for multiple different items.
- The Stock Destination dropdown list now always defaults to Main Store when receiving or adjusting inventory eliminating the need to always needing to select it.
- You can now select a default stock adjustment reason under Stock Adjustment Reason setup. This will automatically be selected in all dropdown lists and will also be the reason used for the Quick Receive Stock under product Setup.
- Customer Auto discounts selection has been moved from System Setup to Customer Types allowing different auto discounts to apply to different customer types.
NOTE: If using auto discounts and the installation is an upgrade, then this will require setup by the dealer or end user after the upgrade.
- The Option to ‘Prompt for Receipt or Invoice’ has been moved from System Setup to Station Setup so the option can be station specific.
- There have been major improvements to the speed and appearance for the ‘Search Like’ feature accessed from the Product and Customer Search List.
- The created_at_min option has been added to filter the order results from Shopify. This must be set under System Setup. See the manual for setup information.
- The Start and End Dates for back office reports now default initially to Today’s Date and these fields can no longer be blank or have invalid dates entered.
- The @ (multiplication) button automatically appears on the ‘Payment Buttons on POS Screen’ if this feature is being used.
